WHAT DO I HAVE TO PAY?

Most people claim housing benefit to cover their main rent, we do also accept private payers. Each supported accommodation client will also be asked to contribute an amount towards general household costs, this amount is based on their income.

HOW MUCH SUPPORT DO I GET?

We base the support on each individuals needs and it can vary on a weekly basis depending on what is required. This can include one to one support, support in attending appointments, telephone support, support in claiming benefits, etc.

CAN I HAVE VISITORS?

When you live in our supported accommodation we want you to feel at home and comfortable, you are able to have visitors as you would in your own accommodation. We ask that visitors meet staff so we know who they are, that they are signed in for fire safety reasons and that they and you treat all other residents with respect.

CAN I HAVE A PET?

Unfortunately we can't have pets on site, if you have a pet prior to moving in with us we can support you to re-home it.

CAN I SMOKE IN MY ROOM?

To keep everyone safe we request that everyone smokes outside. We provide outdoor seating areas and ashtrays.

WHO ARE YOU FUNDED BY?

We are lucky to be funded by Sustain UK and Birmingham City Council Commissioning Centre of Excellence, this means we are able to offer more support per client than some other providers
